We collect only what we need to run the service. This page explains what, why, and your choices.
Version 2026-10-16, last updated 16 October 2026
1.What we collect
We collect:
- Account data: your email, name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, and the workspace names you choose.
- Business data: the businesses, keywords and locations you add, and the scan results and reports we generate for you.
- Billing data: your plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, never by us.
- Security and usage data: sign-in events, IP address, device type, and records of the terms you accepted. With your consent, anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, buttons used).
- Emails we send you and whether they were delivered, opened or clicked.
2.Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, run scans, send sign-in links and notices about your account and billing, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, handle payment disputes, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
5.How long we keep it
We keep account and business data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your workspaces, businesses, scans and reports. We keep records we must keep for accounting and for defending payment disputes, and short-lived security logs, for as long as needed for those purposes.
6.Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to some processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. You can delete your account yourself from Account settings. For anything else, write to [email protected].
7.Security
Sign-in uses Google or one-time email links, with no passwords to steal. Sessions are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted, and access to data is limited by workspace. No system is perfectly secure, so please report anything suspicious to us.
8.Changes and contact
