Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Local SEO Heatmap. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.

Version 2026-10-16, last updated 16 October 2026

1.The service

Local SEO Heatmap is a software service that measures where a business ranks on Google Maps from many points around a location and shows the results as heatmaps and reports. We provide it as is, and results reflect what Google shows at the time of each scan, which can differ from what any one person sees.

We are not affiliated with Google. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.

2.Your account

You sign in with Google or an emailed link. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the businesses and workspaces you add. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

One subscription covers all workspaces under one account. You may create workspaces for your clients, and you are responsible for having the right to track their businesses.

3.Plans, trial and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices and limits are on the pricing page. Starter includes a 14-day free trial; Growth and Agency are billed from the first day. Payments are processed by Stripe.

All payments are non-refundable, as set out in the No-Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access to the end of the paid period.

4.Limits and fair use

Each plan has limits on businesses, keywords, scans, grid size and re-scan frequency. We may slow or stop activity that threatens the stability of the service, and we may refuse to run scans that look abusive.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use the service to harm, spam or mislead others
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, probe or attack the service, or bypass limits or security
  • resell raw scan data as a competing data product, or scrape or copy the service by automated means outside the features we provide
  • share a report link or password with people you do not intend to see it

6.Your data and our data

You keep ownership of the business details and content you add. You give us the right to store and process them to run the service for you. Scan results are generated for you and you may use them in your own client work and reports.

We own the software, design and brand. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.Third-party services

The service relies on Google Maps data, Stripe for payments and email providers. If a third party changes or limits access, parts of the service may change or be unavailable. We will try to keep the product working and keep you informed.

8.Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will never be interrupted or error free. We may change or end features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, tell us within 14 days and we will work with you to put it right.

9.Ending the relationship

You can cancel any time from Billing and delete your account from Account settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is used to defraud or abuse the service, or has an open payment dispute. If we end your account for our convenience, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.

10.Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When they change in a way that matters, we show the new version and ask you to accept it before your next payment. The current version is dated 16 October 2026.

12.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Local SEO Heatmap is established. Disputes will be handled by the courts there, except that where mandatory consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live, it does.
